Refund & Cancellation Policy

At purely Clap, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that plans change and issues may arise. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a small cancellation fee to compensate our professionals for their blocked time.
  • No-Show: If our team arrives at your location and is unable to gain access or you are unavailable, a visitation fee may apply.

Refund Policy:

  • Service Satisfaction: We do not typically offer cash refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will re-clean the specific area(s) at no extra cost to fix the issue.
  • Advance Payments: If you have paid a booking advance and cancel properly 24 hours before the service, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Service Failure: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to our own internal reasons, a full refund of any advance payment will be processed immediately.
